This week the team recaps their time in Mill Spring North Carolina. The coaches met up with other Garage Gym Athletes to tackle a Spartan Beast. Even though the weather wasn't nice, the course was quite a tough one, and the athletes battle the cold they still ALL crossed the finish line and even enjoyed parts of it!
