What Is a Prowler?
A prowler is a tool built forÂ devastation. Push it, pull it…look at it, it doesn’t matter, this thing will destroy you! The first time I ever used a prowler was right after I built this one. I worked out with my friend and Ironman, Greg. He thought, “This won’t be hard, I have the lungs for it.” and I thought “This won’t be hard, my legs are plenty strong for this.” We were both wrong…A few intervals in and we were Â both hunched over gasping for breath. It is amazing how bad it can make your legs burn, while at the same time,Â completelyÂ wind you.
