What Am I Eating: Diet Analysis
Welcome to Eo3’s Nutritional Correction Program! Nobody likes to count calories and run around with a food journal writing everything down that goes into their body…BUT…do you even know what you are eating?? If you are overweight, do you ever wonder why? If you are thin, do you think that means you are healthy? Being born with a fast or slow metabolism could be viewed as your blessing or your curse. I do not mean that fast is good and slow is bad. Having a fast metabolism can lead you to beleive that you are “healthy” becasue you don’t have a fat stomach. Good enough for you, right?? Well, I encourage everyone to KNOW what your are eating, UNDERSTAND the effects of what you are eating, and CONTROL what you are eating. That is why I am offering up a useful excel food tracker that does more than just keep a daily log. It will actually do some diet analysis for you. It is a very simple diet analysis, but it is till extremly helpful if you have never actually broken down what you are eating, or in what quantities.
