This week we are talking about protein. Protein for recovery is based upon the workouts you do. As we go over a study we find out that protein needed for males vs. females is very similar.
This week is FIT WEEK so we go over what we test and some tips and tricks for hitting PRs as well as finding a baseline! The MYS workout is the E03 5K-it’s like a normal 5K but with more fun thrown in!
