There are so many questions out there. So many opinions. So many ‘facts’, research and studies. It makes this health and fitness thing kind of complicated.
There is SOO much information out there, it’s hard to sort through it all. What’s worsewho do you believe? You can find a medical doctor somewhere to back ANY point of view you may take on health and fitness.
And
I get sick of it.
Yep, even the fitness fanatics, like me, get sick of all the information. Not because I hate reading, researching and developing my own opinions.
Nope. I love that stuff.
What I hate, and get sick of, is that our info-driven world is so flooded with thoughts and theoriesthat people do nothing, or they focus on the wrong thing.
We are so overwhelmed with information we run into analysis paralysis, or decision paralysis. We get so involved with the information that we can no longer bring anything to a logical conclusion. We freeze. We do nothing.
If you find yourself in this situationyou’re missing the point.
It’s actually pretty simple.
DO SOMETHING!
Take the plunge. Do something. Start something. Be something.
Each and every single day do something, at least one thing, that will make you better tomorrow. However small the step, it is still a step to being better.
