What up my revolutionary readers!

I am throwing down the gauntlet!

This is not your everyday challenge. It’s not for the faint of heart, the weak, or the semi-dedicated. This is quite the challenge. For all the newbies, you may want to sit out on this one.

Garage Gym Challenge??

  • 10  workouts
  • 10  Days
  • 300  Minutes
  • 100  rounds
  • 4650 Reps
  • 100K+ lbs

Why not? I have designed a 10 day 10 workout Garage Gym challenge that is guaranteed to push you. The workouts were designed from a combination of crossfit movements, military exercises, and good old fashioned heavy lifting. All workouts are performed in a CrossFit-style intensity. I designed this programming awhile back and am well aware of the terrible…ness. Each day consists of a workout that will have 4 different movements, in which you will perform ten rounds. You have 30 minutes to complete each workout or else you get a big DNF (did not finish) and you cannot press on with the challenge. You can attempt the workout again in the same day, but if it is not completed you must start the challenge over. How about I just show you the rules…

All challenge conversation will be held at the forums under “The Garage Gym Wod Challenge”

Challenge Rules

1. The workouts must be performed on 10 consecutive days in the order they are provided.
2. Each workout is 10 rounds.
3. You have 30 minutes to complete each workout. If you reach the time limit, your workout is over.
4. You can repeat a workout for that day, and that day only, if you fail twice you have failed the challenge and must start over.
5. If you complete 10 rounds, on or before, the 30 minute time limit  you have successfully completed the workout.
6. All workouts must be completed adhering to the above rules to have successfully completed “The Garage Gym WOD Challenge”
7. Scaling is allowed, but only by the standards stated in the “notes” section of each workout.
8. Be safe. Have fun.
Bottom line if you don’t complete 100 rounds in 300 minutes over 10 days you didn’t complete the challenge.
