Adee has an awesome outlook on life, diet and training!

Adee is known as the “Barbell Gypsy” you can either find Adee weightlifting, bobsledding, competing in the NPGL on the Baltimore Anthem, the CrossFit open, or powerlifting.

In her childhood Adee struggled with her weight and found herself at 16 years old, 45 lbs overweight, and leading an unhealthy lifestyle. After some encouragement from her mother she decided to make a change. With the help of Natalie Bean-Sole (Nutrition Forever), she ended up getting in control of her body and diet and discovering a new passion, Nutrition.

More recently, Adee has gained an immense amount of knowledge from working with renowned nutrition consultant John Otis Hollywood who is known for creating “macro counting” diets and helping athletes lose fat. Constantly advancing her knowledge Adee has completed her Precision Nutrition Level 1 and is constantly researching and studying to become better in her field.

As an athlete Adee has studied/trained under many renowned coaches, most notably Travis Mash, World Champion Powerlifter, and Steve Sandor, Hungarian National Champion.

Today, she shares her experience and expertise with us!

In this 32-minute episode Adee and I discuss:

  • The psychology of dieting, nutrition and micro-commitments.

  • And A LOT more!!

Then we hop into the quick-fire questions:
