  • More CrossFit Equipment!! I have just completed a very simple project. The Tire. I am going to show you what I did to save a little bit of money, how easy it was, and some cool ways to use the tire.
  • In a few days I am setting out to create the PERFECT weight rack for squats, shoulder press, AND bench press. I plan to do all of it for UNDER $30. You won’t want to miss that one.

How-to Walk on Your Hands

  • I know a lot of newbies have trouble with hand-stands. I know I did back in the day.
  • We are going to go over some simple progressions for the handstand, muscles to work, and how to actually start taking some steps with your hands.

Squat Progressions Series (Fixing Your Squat and Keeping it Fixed) 

  • I am passionate about fixing people’s squat. Not sure why, but I am.
  • We are going to start with the most basic squat progression on the planet and we will move to more and more advanced as the series progresses. Shouldn’t take long but we are going to fix you squat and keep it that way.
