Today, I would like to announce a new service being provided at End of Three Fitness

The F.I.T stands for Fully Individualized Training. This is a new (paid) service I am offering to my readers who are interested. Actually this service will only be open to 20 total people, after that I will have to turn everyone else away (simply because of the time commitment).
For those who have been around End of Three Fitness for a while know that I am not a good salesman (I don’t even like advertising on my site). So what I am not going to do is type 1,200 words trying to convince you to use this service.

I will explain why I am doing it, what it is and briefly explain how this does not change End of Three Fitness at all.
Why?
I started End of Three Fitness almost a year ago, and it has been incredibly fun every step of the way. I get a lot of emails from readers on a daily basis, and one of the most common questions I get is…
Could you program my workouts?
I have helped out a lot of people who have asked this question, but it is very time consuming and I put in a lot of effort because I happen to be very passionate about helping other people in this regard. I still would love to help those who ask, but now it will be through Eo3 FIT.
I feel there are two sides of me and fitness, one side my readers get to see all the time, my writing a.k.a the inside of my brain. The other side my readers don’t see, because I don’t talk about it that much, is my training.
I thrive off of training people and training myself. Other than my family, there is nothing in this world I am more passionate about. I take a very intellectual approach to training. I like to get as many textbooks, excel spreadsheets and mathematical formulas involved as I can.
Personally, I am training for the CrossFit Games (I think that is the first time I have come right out and said it). On average, I train three times a day within multiple domains and of fitness being hit at each session. To train that much and still get stronger, faster and better at CrossFit takes very smart programming.
It wasn’t until I realized that others do not put that much effort into workout programming that I realized this may be a valuable service to offer to others.
Eo3 is all about Quests
If you have read the “My Revolution” Page you will see my fitness quest is quite substantial and I have a lot I would like to achieve.
I want to help you do the same. I want to help you compete or complete what you are after; your quest. End of Three Fitness is all about doing, and I want to help you do!

This is a service I am providing to those who are interested. I am only taking on a limited number of athletes where I have time to give them the proper amount of atteantion they need, while also focusing my time and effort on End of Three Fitness.
So for those in the community, nothing changes, I still have big plans to take End of Three Fitness to bigger and better places…AND YOU’RE COMING WITH ME 🙂
