SHRED THROTTLE 2.1 

Welcome to SHRED THROTTLE week. We are cutting volume, type, duration and everything else in this week. Not so much a deload, rather a throttle to what you have been doing. Push yourself this week, but don’t do more just because you have extra time!! This week is programmed to help you recover well before moving into RE-TEST WEEK!!

SHRED THROTTLE: 10 rounds for time, or 30-minute time cap — whichever comes first of… 

  • Single-Arm Kettlebell Press, 10 reps (ea. arm) [DEMO]
  • Box Jumps, 7 reps [DEMO]
  • Push Press, 10 reps [DEMO]
  • Hollow Rock, 20 reps [DEMO]
