This week we have Ron McKeefery. He is internationally recognized as a leader in sports development and twice been names collegiate Strength and Conditioning coach of the year.

We talk about the difference between passion and emotion. He has a very open mind and a few decades of coaching under his belt. We also talk about the human element and getting our athletes to commit to a program.
