Hey there!
Jerred Moon here, founder of End of Three Fitness.
I’ve been training in my garage for well over a decade, doing everything I can to get stronger, faster and harder to kill.
With all that experience, the rule is simple: if I’m not building it, I’m buying it at Rogue. You can build a lot of your gym yourself (that’s what our DIY Corner is for), but the pieces worth buying are worth buying once.
Rogue Fitness is the only company I recommend when it’s time to buy fitness equipment; their company values and product standards fall in line with End of Three Fitness.
Rogue was started in a garage, amongst a group of people who could see an industry in need of change. They strayed off the beaten path of the traditional equipment sales market. No salesman in every region pushing product; they rely on word of mouth.
Where to start, depending on what your gym is missing:
- Barbells: the center of everything we program. The Ohio Bar is the one I point people to first.
- Rigs and racks: squat safely, press, and hang a pull-up bar in one footprint.
- Kettlebells: the best training value per dollar in the garage.
- Conditioning gear: jump ropes, sleds, and the Echo Bike if you want to suffer properly.
- Equipment packages: the whole gym in one order if you’re starting from a bare floor.
