Run 1 mile

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Aur Squats

Run 1 mile

RX- Wear a 20# vest or body armor

 

*You can partition/break up the pull ups, push ups and squats how ever you see fit, but you MUST start the workout with a 1 mile run, and end the workout with a 1 mile run

**Vest is optional
