On the podcast this week we have Eric Helms. He is the chief science officer at 3D Muscle Journey. He has an awesome background, scientifically and athletically. He has published multiple peer reviewed articles and writes for commercial fitness publications. Hes taught undergraduate and graduate level nutrition and exercise science. Eric speaks internationally at academic conferences for fitness, nutrition and strength and conditioning. He has a lot of more credentials you can check out and hear about. So we dabble in all of these topics and more.
