On December 1, 2014 I opened the doors to over a thousand people for pre-registration and they have been using the better human resources in there for the last month.

Now, let’s talk about the PODCAST…
I’m excited to get this up and running. The podcast will have ONE purpose: Making you (and me) a better human, or better version of ourselves.
What will it be like? It will be all over the place! I mean that in the best of ways. I will be your host on the show and I will interview guests on topics which will make you a better human, I will have occasional topic-based podcasts where I talk about a particular topic and I will even have a co-host on the show (at times), and he and I will be doing frequent “better human experiments” and reporting back to you on what works and doesn’t work in the better human quest.
I don’t want to leave any stone unturned…we will cover ANY and EVERY topic which could potentially make you and me better than yesterday.
It’s going to be a journey. It’s going to be a lot of fun. And we are going to learn a ton together!
2.) DIY Corner
However, I have drastically slowed down my DIY posts here at End of Three Fitness simply because I haven’t had the personal need for more equipment.
But I am holding myself to a minimum of 4 new DIY projects this year. I have a few creative ideas which will save you money and last a long time. If you are looking for new ways to increase your fitness level on the home front you are going to want to stick around End of Three Fitness.

3.) Daily Workouts
What are you fitness plans for 2015?
Are you going to wing it? Are you going to hop from program to program? Are you going to dream of accomplishments but never actually work towards them?
How about this question…
Did you know I publish a free daily workout everyday except for Thursday and Sunday (our rest days)?
If you are a “program hopper” you may have a general level of fitness because you are at least working out, but you won’t touch the person who stays on a dedicated program for a year or more.
Some people give the daily workouts a try, find a workout they don’t like and so they move on to something else.
But there are people who have been doing Eo3Fit daily workouts everyday for months on end and I see their PR’s their progress and then I get emails telling me about things they have achieved they never thought possible.

5.) One Man One Barbell
One Man One Barbell is the premier strength and conditioning program (for the other guy and gal) here at End of Three Fitness.
