This week we have movement specialist Carl Paoli. He is a former gymnast and has worked with lots of different fitness communities. He started Freestyle Connection, which is a site dedicated to inform, connect, encourage, and support a community of thinkers and doers through movement, nutrition, technology, lifestyle, business, and culture.

We talk about aligning our mind with our body to help achieve fitness goals as well as mental.
