This week we have movement specialist Carl Paoli. He is a former gymnast and has worked with lots of different fitness communities. He started Freestyle Connection, which is a site dedicated to inform, connect, encourage, and support a community of thinkers and doers through movement, nutrition, technology, lifestyle, business, and culture.
