This week we have Dr Bret Scher, a certified cardiologist who has a very different outlook than others in his field. He is trying to help prevent a lot of problems and unhealthy situations verses just treating them when somebody is in a bad situation. He is thinkings several steps ahead before there is a problem.
We cover a lot of topics and I ask him everything I could even think of. If you want more information after this he has his own podcast and a lot of great information.
