Fran was my very first CrossFit workout. I did it at a globo gym with some iron plates and I did strict pull-ups because I did not know how to kip. I think my very first time was in the high 5 minute range. Since then I have seen my Fran time get below the 3 minute mark. I do this workout more frequently then I probably should. This video is not a show of speed or form. It is just a cool video. Fran from the perspective of the barbell and the pull up bar.
I tried really hard to make this a side by side video. That way you could see that when I was on the barbell the pull up bar was empty, and when I was on the pull up bar the barbell was empty. However, I do not have video editing skills. I could not figure out how to get a side by side video. So I had to splice and put together.
