Do you know how to add 78.7 lb. across three main lifts, take 36 seconds off your mile time and get 14% faster in work capacity workouts…in just 12 weeks??
Let me show you!
In April of 2015 we launched the very first EO3 12-week fully comprehensive training program called, Accelerate: Strength and Conditioning.
Soon, YOU get the opportunity to join our Accelerate Team.
In fact, you can snag our free eBook with sample workouts, the program breakdown and some frequent questions we get asked
- “What is Accelerate?†download the eBook here (Video Released 8 January 2016)
The first time, we had over 100 athletes join the team, and who put in the hard work. To say I am proud of their dedicated effort and results would be the understatement of the century.
April was the inaugural program release, so those athletes had to go out on a limb and trust me and the programming, which had been tested on a small scale, but not with 100+ athletes like it has now.
The second team can base their decision off the numbers.
Each skill level was pushed in their own way, and each person saw their own results.
But I’m a numbers junkie.
I’m not ok with asking someone if they “felt†like they were progressing. I want data, I want the numbers and I want the results.
So I surveyed the first Accelerate Team, and here’s what happened
I actually did an entire 25 min podcast discussing Accelerate and the results which you can listen to here:
If you don’t have time to listen, here’s the short of it (keep in mind this program is only 12 weeks):
Did they get stronger?
Yep. On average those who stuck to the program added 30 LBS to their Back Squat, 32 LBS to their Deadlift, and 16 LBS to their Strict Press.
Did they get faster?
Yep. On average those who stuck to the program took 36 seconds off their mile time.
Did they get…Harder to Kill?
Yep. On average those who stuck to the program got ~14% faster in all work capacity workouts.
If you aren’t seeing results like this, it’s not your fault.
You just need to fire your programmer.
Or.Are you your own programmer??
Let’s ditch the hodgepodge, patchwork, mismatched programming and Accelerate your progress.
Are you ready to Accelerate?
I look forward to seeing you on the other side!
To becoming better!
