25-Min Lunge Test
Start with a weighted vest, or weighted backpack with up to 20 lb.
Lunge 400m as fast as possible (cap = 25 minutes).
If you finish the 400m — rest till the 25 minutes is up, continue to part 2.
If you don’t finish in 25 min — immediately continue to part 2.
Take off weighted vest and lunge 400m for time (no cap).
Your score = ‘Part 2’ 400m lunge time.
