Hey again!
Jerred, here, I hope you got a chance to check out the member’s area in the first email and maybe you have already gone through the first three free eBooks. If you didn’t get a chance, I highly recommend checking them out.
Either way, we are moving on! We are forging better humans here, so we need to keep moving. So here are a few more things that will really help you out.
Diet Analysis – Click HERE
I have found that most people have no clue what they are putting into their bodies! Not cool, so I have created a FREE tool to analyze your diet. Now, I am not into counting calories and all that (too much), but I am only asking you to do it for a week. So read that article, download the free tool and find out how YOUR diet looks.
DIY Corner – Click HERE
While I do not think a home gym, or garage gym, is for everyone, it may work for you! I have created the DIY Corner to help you SAVE A LOT OF MONEY and have fitness at your fingertips. Whether you are at a gym or not, building a few of these items may help on those days you just don’t have time to make it to the gym. Let’s eliminate the potential excuses.
Eo3 Fit – Click HERE
Eo3 Fit is the best kept secret at End of Three Fitness. It is a place where I post a daily workout based on three different skill levels:
- Recruit = Just getting into, or back into fitness
- Established = Pretty good shape, familiar with most movements and form. Good strength base.
- Competitor = Very athletic. Form near perfect. Very solid strength and conditioning base.
Know the workouts are based on intensity, but I have faith you can complete them! There is a great community of people there willing to help and answer questions, just as I am ready to do the same.
Your Goal Today…
Goal for today: Start tracking your fitness! The only way to know where you are going is to know where you’ve been. There are so many different ways to track your fitness, whether an app on your phone or a good ol pen and paper.
I started using Evernote about a year ago to track EVERYTHING, you can check out how to do it by reading “How to Use Evernote to Dominate Your Fitness”. Another great free tool to add to your better human tool box.
In order to make sure you’re progressing, it’s incredibly important to keep track of as many metrics as possible – take pics of yourself, write down benchmarks and personal records and even measurements and your weight.
The more you can track, the more ways you have to gauge your progress and make adjustments if necessary.
Oh and the secret to fitness…STICK WITH IT!!
Again, welcome the revolution!
