I’ve been working behind the scenes with Fringe Sport for this giveaway for sometime, and I am super excited it is finally here!
I first heard about Fringe Sport in the EO3 Community Forums. I figured if members of the EO3 community were using Fringe, I should check them out.
A few phone calls with Peter Keller, CEO of Fringe Sport, and I had that monster rig (picture above) setup in my backyard. And no, the rig or equipment was not given to me for free. Peter customized that package for me and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and awesomeness.
I told Peter I would put his equipment to the test, and I did. This rig has been beaten, abused and in the elements for several months now and it is doing great!
Now, I am excited to get some of this great equipment into your hands!

This book is a culmination of all we have been doing here at End of Three Fitness, and I think by turning it into a book it is going to help even more people turn wasted space into a home for elite fitness…A.K.A. a Garage Gym!!
