Well if you are trying to work your weaknesses or if you really want to compete in CrossFit you are going to have to make a program that helps you reach your goals.
CrossFit should be looked at as a method of training. How you use it is up to you.
I am not affiliated with CrossFit. I just use their training to better my overall fitness. These programs were developed by me when I had different goals in mind and I have decided to share them.
