BM Bench Press 1024x665 I Got 99 Problems But a Bench Aint One

Well, it has been one heck of a 2013 here at End of Three Fitness!

In the first seven days of this year a lot has happened:

  1. Highly Effective Strength Training…For The Other Guy!“, has finally been released. I appreciate everyone’s support, which made for a successful launch. I also appreciate all of the emails and support I have been getting. Thanks to all!
  2. I have traveled over 4,000 miles half by plane, half by car. Not a super-exciting 4,000 miles either, and I spent 22 hours of a 36 hour time period driving that alone.

Be careful with that bench! I used to have the same bench. Apparently the weight capacity is only 250 lbs total — lifter plus bar weight. I’m pretty sure they used to advertise it as 250 lbs for the lifter and 100 lbs for the load but they’ve since dropped the specs to 250 total.

Haha thanks for the tip!! I don’t use it that much, but have already gone way over the weight capacity. At 185 bodyweight, I’ve had 275 on the bar, but maybe I got lucky!
