I have only been blogging for about 6-7 months, well, I have started about 3 or 4 other blogs that have fallen flat on their faces…mainly because they had no direction and no passion.
When I started End of Three Fitness I decided things would be different. How are they different? I have a set purpose and direction! I feel like I haven’t done the best job of conveying that to all of you, but it has been there, internally. I even updated my about page this weekend to convey that message. It went from a 3,000 word mess to about a 600 word clear, concise and focused message. Most of all I am completely passionate about what I am doing here. I really want to help other people get involved in what I consider my passion…fitness. I have decided to start this quest and now it is time to seriously help others in the process.
I am a steamroller when it comes to learning about fitness. I keep pressing on no matter what and I always assume others are right there with me…but most people aren’t. Most people are interested to learn but they can’t sift through the crap that is pushed out there. [Enter my Eureka Moment = The Guide to The Revolution].
Guide to The Revolution
Not fully sold on that name yet…
I have decided to put together a robust guide for The Revolution. Most workout programs, guides and meals plans out there are a little too “hold your hand” for me. While there are some good ones out there that actually work…don’t you want more than that? Personally I want a workout program/system that works, but I also want to understand “the why”.
Understanding the why goes a long way; it makes you independent and will help you to continue to live a healthy lifestyle as opposed to, just something you did once for 43 days...
Keep in mind this will be an Eo3 guide. This guide will mainly help you DO. This will not be a guide to gain 15LBS of muscle in 15 days…I’m not that guy and I have no intentions of ever being that guy. However, getting stronger, smarter and more independent in fitness and health…yea I’ll be that guy.
That is what I have officially set out to do. When I first started brainstorming this project, the hardest part to figure out was how can I make it for everyone. Well, I have a master plan to create three different levels for those interested: Recruit - Established - Competitor. Each corresponding level will cater to your knowledge and fitness level.
What will be in it?
- Just to name a few things: Basic strength guide, foundations guide (get your foundations set and learn the movements), 7 day jump-start to training yourself, travel workout guide, guide to high intensity interval training/crossfit, the kettlebell workout guide, nutritional guide, how to read nutritional labels, create your own workout program guide, healthy recipes, interviews with some of the top fitness gurus out there…and more.

I still plan to keep to my schedule of having a blog post of every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. However, as my focus shifts on putting this guide together I have decided to open up End of 3 to some of my readers.
There are a ton of smart people in this community and I would like to see some of that intelligence shine. If you have a blog, or if you are a coach, or even if you are just a fitness guru who would really like to write something…LET’S SEE IT!!

Let’s face it…the T-shirt business is not a profitable business to get into. However, I have really been wanting to provide Eo3 shirts to my readers and others who want to be a part of the community. I could print them myself, locally, but that could turn into a headache. I have found a few places that can fulfill the orders online and I am in the process of ordering samples to make sure the quality is up to standard.
Eo3 Shirt = American Apparel + Eo3 Logo.That’s it.

Once they are released… for every t-shirt that I sell 20% of the profits will go directly to the Wounded Warrior Project.
