What Is a Prowler?
A prowler is a tool built for devastation. Push it, pull it…look at it, it doesn’t matter, this thing will destroy you! The first time I ever used a prowler was right after I built this one. I worked out with my friend and Ironman, Greg. He thought, “This won’t be hard, I have the lungs for it.” and I thought “This won’t be hard, my legs are plenty strong for this.” We were both wrong…A few intervals in and we were both hunched over gasping for breath. It is amazing how bad it can make your legs burn, while at the same time, completely wind you.
