Hey. My name is Jerred.

I do what I can to help people like you change their view of fitness…forever.

It’s pretty simple (and awesome)…Welcome to the revolution, a grassroots movement full of ordinary people achieving extraordinary things. The revolution is a full-time project, a commitment, to becoming a better human in all regards.

You’ll hear that term from time to time around here, “Become a better human”. If I keep my end of the bargain, and you keep your end, you’ll be better than you were yesterday – a little stronger, a little faster, a little more motivated to take life by the horns and a be the type of guy or gal who always swings for the fence….A better human.

I’m here to make sure that happens.

Why are you here?

Maybe you are here because you stumbled across one of my unconventional DIY projects. Maybe you are looking to start a Garage Gym. Maybe you realized it is time to get serious about this fitness thing, but you hate the ‘norm’ the fitness gurus have created. Maybe you want to change the path you’ve been on to the one you want to be on. Maybe you want fitness to be a part of your life and your family’s life.

However you got here, and for whatever reason it may be, just know I am stoked to have you as a guest and I hope you enjoy what this site has to offer.

You may want to know more about me (click the orange writing), but here’s me in 100 words or less.

In 2010 I was training to be a fighter pilot in the Air Force, I was injured and couldn’t fly or workout. Started this site to keep fitness focused. I never got the flying back, but the fitness is back in full force. That’s me in relation to the site. Here is a description my wife wrote about me: “Loves – CrossFit, reading for knowledge, eating delicious things, rainy days, his dog Berkeley, a good cup of dark coffee, an occasional dark beer, taking pictures, having deep conversations, his family – more than anything, exploring new places, his son William and his Wife.
