I have been working towards this same goal for some time now knowing that working out 5 or 6 days a week is not for me.
One of the sticking points for me is the twice a day principal. Is it recommended to repeat the same workout in three to eight hours? Or is it better to perform a strength/conditioning workout that compliments the workout down earlier?

Love the website…Big time garage gym fan. It’s a way of life.
